The ‘UCB4’ produced their own sketch show, ‘Upright Citizens Brigade,’ for three seasons on Comedy Central from 1998-2000. During the success of the TV show, UCB opened the Upright Citizens Brigade Theatre and Improvisational and Sketch Comedy Training Center in New York City. In 2005, UCB expanded and opened the Upright Citizens Brigade Theatre Los Angeles and began offering UCB Training Center classes on the west coast. Don’t Think Productions grew as a natural compliment to the exceptional talent that calls the school & theatre home.







Kristopher Knight

Kristopher Knight is a comedy writer/director based in NYC, His focus is in short film, short form digital and talking head series. Previously worked the Lead Director at Flama and Mic’s Voices division, as well as the Director/Off-Camera Character on the Youtube series Joanna Rants, a YouTube series with over 47 millions views. Kris’ work has been featured on BBC, MTV, The Onion, NPR, Funny or Die, HuffPo, Splitsider, G4TV, AV Club, Vulture, Boing Boing; places like that. He used to be fatter, but then lost the weight.


Tessa Greenberg

Tessa Greenberg is a New York-based comedy director, writer, and editor. Recent directing credits include the “Ménage Á Trois” series for IFC, “Braless” for MTV, and “Projecting” for Tessa is also a founding member of the NYC based filmmaking collective, Video Mass ( Previously she served as the Head of Post Production for UCB Comedy, the Upright Citizens Brigade’s digital department. Her work has screened at SXSW, Tribeca Film Festival, NYTVF, and Shriekfest. The most recurring themes in her work are confetti, pizza, and fart jokes.



David Sidorov is a comedy writer and director in NYC. Formerly Senior Writer/Director for the Onion’s video department, he has also directed projects for Comedy Central, Above Average, Mashable, UCB Comedy, the New Yorker, and more. He directed the independent pilot Dead John which won Best Writing at the New York TV Festival in 2015. His TV writing credits include Odd Mom Out (Season 3, Bravo), Billy On The Street (Season 5, TruTV), and The Onion’s 2016 Election Special (Fusion). He thanks you for reading this!
